okay so i acclimated Veet hair abatement gel chrism on my face. its absolutely red but its fading...slowly...nd i accept these baby markings...idk how to call them but it looks like little cuts but no band or blood, just the underlayer of skin. was it mb the acerbic that did this? idk? if u apperceive what this is how can i accomplish it alleviate or go away? ive been application moisturizers....no after-effects yet...

my heartrate rises to 130. If I go into any affectionate of a "slow 4.0" jog, my heartrate increases rapidly to 170 and above. This scares me. I do not feel the atomic bit annoyed if I'm in the "slow 4.0 jogging mode". Is this could cause for concern? I am about 30 lbs ample and abrasion a Polar Sports Monitor.
