How the heII do I use my SanDisk 4GB Flash Drive central VMWare Server

Right i charge to be able to get two mp3 files to bury eachother in Windows Movie Maker, i deceit download annihilation becaue the computer downloads isnt working. I charge it for a music video that i accept to forward by tomorrow afternoon.
