i accept the wireless agenda in the laptop...now what?

Recently, I accept been accepting these annoying popups. Mostly they are popups aggravating to acquaint me that my computer is infected, or I accept actionable files that charge to be removed, but aswell I will get pop ups based on what anytime website I appear to be visiting. I use the beast popup blocker, as able-bodied as the one in Vista, I accept my accolade set to the higest level, and these popups still accomplish it through. Its authoritative browsing actual difficult. I accept norton antivirus 2007 but it says my arrangement is apple-pie (although acutely it isn't) Someone amuse HELP!!
